Q. It's that pesky magic book fairy again! She has another wish: What imaginary book world would you like to make a reality?
Well, most of my favorite books take place in worlds that I would not want to live it (Kate Daniels for example). The first thing that popped into my head was the Iron Fey series by Julie Kagawa. I really love the Seelie/Unseelie court thing, and I like the way she uses the mythology. And I would love to meet Ash...just saying.
Thanks for stopping by my blog and following, following back! I've seen the Iron Fey answer a lot, but I definitely get it! Also, penguins are awesome :0)

ReplyDeleteI haven't read the Iron Fey series yet, but from what I have seen online the fey world does seem interesting. I've seen mythology in alot of books recently. Interesting world to have made a reality.
ReplyDeleteThanks for following. I followed you back :)
Ash is the only thing I like about the Iron Fey series. He'd definitely be worth it to make that world real. Nice choice. New follower! :)

I'm seeing a whole lot of Iron Fey today! I haven't read it yet (definitely going to though!), but I'm not sure about living with faeries, lol. Maybe it's just those I've come across in books, but I find them so creepy with their different views on society and grey areas for right and wrong. Lol. Still love them tough, but creepy to live around. Thanks for stopping by!

I thought everyone would be using Harry Potter today, but it seems like the Iron Fey are actually coming up even more! I'm far too worried to end up as one of the Fey's toys rather than an actual Fey for her world. :) Although, the chance to meet Grim would be awesome...
ReplyDeleteHi - Thank you so much for following me. I follow you back now. I do adore the iron fey series as do you. Great choice!

I'm currently listening to From Dead To Worse by Charlaine Harris... so even though I find the heroine too stupid to live, I like the world building... I think that would be a fun if scary world to live in! :)
